It enables efficient creation and management of time series, aggregation, and unit conversions at various granularities. The KIS add-on module is integrated with surrounding data sources (customer, etc.), which ensures its full functionality within the broader ecosystem. It offers enrichment of time series with business data and the possibility of synchronization according to a schedule or in response to events. Users have a separate user interface at their disposal, which makes working with data easier.

The decisive date of the merger was set at 1 January 2025, with the planned entry of the conversion into the Commercial Register taking place on 31 May 2025.
